1. Overview & Service Scope
Overmanager provides cloud infrastructure orchestration, automated server provisioning, and management interfaces allowing subscribers to host and control open-source AI software and automation runtimes (including OpenClaw, Hermes, and n8n) on private virtual servers.
2. Server Ownership & Management
Each subscriber receives dedicated access to their designated VPS instance. The subscriber is responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials, API provider keys, and administrative access rights. Overmanager does not inspect or tamper with your application data.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Subscribers agree not to utilize Overmanager infrastructure for unlawful activities, including denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, spam transmission, cryptocurrency mining, or distributing malicious payloads. Violation of acceptable use results in immediate instance termination.
4. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) & Third-Party AI Models
Overmanager facilitates the connection of your own third-party API credentials (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini). You are solely responsible for compliance with third-party model provider terms, rate limits, and billing generated under your personal API keys.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Services are billed according to the plan selected (PLUS, PRO, or PRO BLACK) and chosen duration (3, 6, or 12 months) via PayPal or Mercado Pago. The optional Auto Backup add-on is billed alongside the base server fee.
