At Overmanager, we believe your AI operations, prompts, database records, and workflows belong strictly to you. Our architecture is designed from the foundation to avoid centralized data harvesting.
2. Information We Collect
We only collect essential administrative information required to operate your account and provision infrastructure: your email address, chosen subscription plan, subscription duration, and transactional payment confirmations from PayPal or Mercado Pago.
3. Zero-Knowledge on AI Prompts & BYOK Keys
Under the Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) architecture, your API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google are stored directly on your dedicated VPS instance within protected environment variables. Overmanager does not log, proxy, train on, or inspect the queries and responses passing between your agents and your model providers.
4. Infrastructure Telemetry
To display CPU, RAM, and SSD storage metrics on your dashboard, a lightweight monitoring agent reads system metrics from your instance. These metrics are strictly hardware resource counters and contain no application payloads.
5. Data Retention & Backups
If you elect to purchase the optional Auto Backup add-on, point-in-time snapshot images of your instance are retained according to your backup policy and destroyed upon server decommission or explicit deletion request.
